This Cookie Policy explains how Miamisdistributor LLC ("Pulse," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.movinpulse.com and related Pulse services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What We Use Today
We use first-party, essential cookies and similar storage (such as local session storage) needed to run the Service. For example, keeping you signed in, securing requests, remembering basic preferences, and completing checkout flows that start on the marketing site and finish on the Pulse app.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or cross-site tracking technology on the marketing site or in the product as described in the Privacy Policy. If that changes, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for consent first.
2. Similar Technologies
"Similar technologies" can include local storage, session storage, and pixels or tags. Today our use is limited to first-party/session needs described above. NFC wristband taps identify a Pulse band to open a profile; that identifier is not a browser cookie. See the Privacy Policy for wristband data.
3. Your Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in, checkout, or other core features. For privacy rights (including California "Do Not Sell or Share" requests), use Settings → Privacy in the app or email app@movinpulse.com. We do not sell personal information.
